Functioning on five and a half wasn't that bad, actually. I mean, yeah, I did almost fall down the stairs, and I can't remember anything we did in class, but other than that I was fine. And the concert was a lot of fun. Even though the mothers of Certain Persons caused them to be late, and thus miss my favorite piece. And we had a bass to play with us and everything.

"Vocalise", by Rachmanioff, in case anyone is interested.

Anyway. The AP test this morning was not that bad. I figure I'm good for at least a four. So school is basically over now. We have about three more days of Chemistry, but what we're going to do in the rest of my classes is a mystery to me. Mr. Felder doesn't even know what we're going to be doing in Calculus and I haven't been to Strings since the concert to know for that. I think we are having English class, and probably French, since Madame seems bound and determined to teach us passe imparfait before the end of the year, and economics lessons in GoPo, so yeah, we do have class, I guess. But there isn't very much of it. Or there shouldn't be very much of it, at least.

After the AP, I got to spend five hours at the mall. This was actually kind of fun, since not all of this time was actually spent at the mall. Some of it was spent at Barnes & Noble, and some of it was spent prodding buttock at Super Smash Bros. Melee. Go me. I cackle evily at those who were today defeated by a certain yellow rat... heheheheh....

But yeah. Went up the down escalator and down the up, had some Dippin' Dots, and failed utterly at designating a no-sex bench. And got a funny look from, well, several people, actually, for thinking in the gutter. Maybe not completely in the gutter. Off the sidewalk, at least.

The problem with getting in a car with Chris and Trevor is that when they're reminiscing, there's no way to get them to stop, because if you try, or if they try, they go all silent for a couple of minutes, because there really isn't anything much to talk about, then start back up. I'm not really irritated by the reminiscing. In fact, I find it rather amusing. If I really wanted a new subject, I would ask for one. If I can manage to get Trevor's dad to change the radio station, I can do anything. As long as I babble at it a lot.

<fangirl, or as fangirl as I get, anyway>

American Idol update: Kimberly got voted off. Clay and Reuben are still on. It's anyone's guess as to who will win, but I'm kind of hoping for Reuben. Clay's voice is nice and stuff, but it almost seems too big. And he gets way too dramatic sometimes.

Needed to get that out of my system. All better now. Sleep...
