So I'm back at home. I haven't done much of anything yet, except unpack, but I think that's okay for this week. I have to finish my essay for Hum I (yeah...) and rough out the content for my website for the DMP (will post details when that goes up somewhere, maybe?), but other than that, I have to do... nothing. Maybe read a book. Wait, did that. Read another book.
I had something to say a few minutes ago. Now I don't remember what it was. Dangit. I will continue to write regardless, because I'm bored.
It's funny how I only ever get on IM when Certain Persons are not around. I did this last summer, too, and even first semester last year, for different values of Certain Person. Makes me feel slightly pathetic, but meh. I guess that's just how I am.
I get to come back in a month yay. I still have to figure out exactly how I'm getting me and my stuff down to San Diego. After packing, I have realized that there's no way I'm getting everything down there in one trip, unless I can get a person with a van/truck to drive. Or rent a UHaul, which I guess would also be a possibility? But I don't feel like I have enough stuff to fill up one of those, and there almost definitely won't be enough room for everything in the apartment.
Guess I need to go through stuff again and figure out what I need, not what I just want to have around. Hopefully I won't be spending that much time in the apartment. Elizabeth seems nice, but I will get cabin fever so fast.
