I'm in an odd mental place right now. My essay isn't bothering me nearly as much as it was before; it's interesting to see how the Supreme Court could be wrong. I'm even starting to agree with the dissent on Miranda. The only reason I picked the case is that I'm a Law & Order junkie, but I'm getting interested in it. If only that had happened three days ago... oh, well.

Supreme Court justices like to hear themselves talk. A lot. And quote other Supreme Court justices. Annoying dudes.
