Nov. 22nd, 2003 08:04 pmFeels like I missed more than I did, or should have missed more, or something... got home 6:15ish after not having been home for more than ten minutes since yesterday morning before school. Still haven't seen my parents, actually, since they're out having dinner. I'm cool with not having been able to go. Had a better dinner anyway. With a cookie.
Watched Bend it Like Beckham with Erica and Elena, which is a very fun movie. I still think it's a chick flick, and no number of locker room scenes will convince me otherwise. It's labeled a comedy on the box, and it has a bit of romance, thus making it a romantic comedy--I win. Stayed over at Erica's, and didn't think that I'd manage to stay awake much past quarter 'til 12, but broke through the tired wall somehow and stayed up for a while later. At least, I think I did. Will have to ask Erica how much sense I actually made...
Today was finishing filming on our Civil War project, and bonding with Trevor and Diana. We drove (illegally) to Elena's house after, which she was not at, and sat in the driveway for a while before deciding to go to the vague playgroundness in her neighborhood. Trevor called her, and she admitted that she had forgotten about us. Hmph. But it was really all right, because we swung, and sat on the slide, and it was all very amusing and rather unexpected. And then was Subway, and back up to now. With parentals just pulling in the driveway.
Yes, I know I'm boring. Go away.
